Cop-gone-wild Maegan Hall had a ‘fetish’ for black men and told a police colleague he ‘must be homosexual’ for spurning her sexual advances, according to court filings obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com.

Hall, 27, was booted from the La Vergne Police Department in rural Tennessee in January after an internal probe revealed her raunchy romps with six male officers.

The rookie cop hit back in a federal lawsuit, claiming she was groomed and abused by lecherous superiors, including Police Chief Burrel ‘Chip’ Davis and Sgt. Lewis Powell, a 15-year law enforcement veteran.

But in a fresh counterclaim, Powell, 42, turns the tables on the young siren, saying Hall was ‘persistently flirting’ and ‘pressuring him to engage in sexual relations’ – despite both being married.

‘Initially, she began by talking about sex. She complained to Powell that her own marital sex life was unsatisfying,’ the filing states.

‘After Powell responded with an idea or two about how she might spice things up with her husband, Hall asked if Powell could demonstrate. That way, she said that she would know how to please her husband.’

Hall, Powell and three colleagues lost their jobs in the first round of firings at the Nashville-area police department, which was swamped with lurid headlines about wife swapping, wild hot tub parties and games of strip Uno.

Married Davis, 47, lectured Hall for ‘dipping her pen in company ink’ and feigned surprise as he oversaw the internal inquiry into her bed-swapping antics.

But the father-of-three was axed himself when it emerged that he not only knew all about Hall’s behavior but allegedly pestered one of his sergeants for videos of Hall masturbating.

Hall’s suit claims she entered policing to find role models but instead found ‘predators’ such as Powell who ‘positioned himself as a reliable source of companionship and advice’ before coercing her into sex while on duty.

She claims Powell threatened to kill himself when she broke it off, leaving Hall struggling to cope with her own anxiety, depression and collapsing mental health.

In his riposte, Powell insists it was Hall who badgered him for sex and sent explicit texts while they worked together from March through May 2022.

When he began to have problems in his own marriage, Powell’s ‘resolve was weakened’ and they started hooking up for oral sex, an ‘act of treachery’ the $67,000-per-year sergeant claims he immediately regretted.

‘Consequently, in approximately May 2022, Powell began trying to break things off amicably with Hall, saying that he loved his wife,’ his filing claims.

‘Nonetheless, Hall persisted in trying to entrap him back into a relationship. Hall (who is white) appeared to have some sort of fetish for Powell (who is black) based on his race.

‘On multiple occasions, while at work, she told him to put his ‘big black d***’ in her mouth and ‘g**’ her with it. When Powell held firm, saying that he wanted to be with his own wife instead, Hall said that he must be a homosexual.’

Powell says Hall eventually took the hint and she started sleeping with ‘multiple other officers’ instead.

‘Nonetheless, due to Hall’s deteriorating mental state and increasingly bizarre acts – culminating in her own three-day commitment to a mental asylum – both Hall and Powell (among others) eventually came to be investigated by the La Vergne Police Department in December 2022,’ his filing adds.

Powell insists his affair with Hall was consensual and that she defamed him during a February 27 interview with Tennessee-based News Channel 5 in which she claimed she was sexually abused, harassed, and assaulted.

He wants $200,000 in compensation for emotional distress and damage to his reputation.

The City of La Vergne launched its internal inquiry late last year after a whistleblower came forward to report that a female cop was having ‘intimate relationships’ with male colleagues at boozy parties, hotels and even on police property.

The probe led to Hall, Powell, Patrol Officer Juan Lugo, Detective Seneca Shields, Sgt. Ty McGowan and, eventually, Davis, all losing their jobs.

The chief was no better than his subordinates, inviting Hall on lunch dates, asking her to come into his office to dance for him and questioning whether she preferred ‘dark, white or milk chocolate,’ Hall claims in her suit.

Patrol Officer Patrick Magliocco, K-9 officer Larry Holladay and Patrol Officer Gavin Schoeberl, who traded naked pics with Hall, were also suspended.

‘But for the sexual grooming and abuse perpetrated by the City of La Vergne, Sgt. McGowan, Sgt. Powell, and Chief Davis, Ms. Hall would not have been subjected to this extraordinary degree of public ridicule and shaming.’

‘I don’t know how he’s doing it, he’s more of a man than I am, but he’s trying to salvage his marriage,’ Jedidiah’s boss, Coffee County Sheriff Chad Partin, previously told DailyMail.com.
