Teresa explained that no two days are the same due to her and her husband’s, Mark, busy work schedules.
She often has to balance her healthy diet with her hectic lifestyle.
With this in mind, she has shared a typical day in general.
In the morning she often has ‘snuggles’ with her two young boys, Bodhi who is three and Forest, eight months, before getting them dressed and ready for school.
She packs Bodhi’s lunch for pre-school with ‘fruit, a vegemite sandwich, organic pretzels, popcorn or crackers’.

Following this she said she goes to her favourite restaurant with Forest to do work and catch up on emails while having breakfast.
‘This is where I usually have my favourite: smashed avocado with wasabi cream, a vegan cacao banana bread and a green juice. Then it’s time to pick up Bodhi and head home.
‘We have lunch which could be anything from vegetarian sushi to a sea veggie salad, a veggie quesadilla or an heirloom tomato and avocado salad.’

When it isn’t Mark in the kitchen she will often make a Mediterranean veggie pasta with olives, sundried tomatoes and vegan garlic bread.
Teresa also shared that she opts for juice and smoothies over coffee and in the cooler months she chooses tea.

‘I find preparation is key and so because of that, I always have snacks packed!
‘My go-to’s are usually rice cakes with almond butter and honey, square bars (a vegan protein bar) or some fruit.’
Speaking previously to the Adelaide Advertiser, Teresa said she was giving up dairy food after Forest developed stomach problems and her stepson Isaac, nine, asked if the family could become vegan.
‘We’re starting slowly; we’re vegan with our food choices,’ the actress said.
