Shani Grimmond suffered a horrifying health scare recently when she collapsed in the middle of a nail salon.
The glamour model and influencer, 26, was getting a manicure when she suddenly fainted during a bout of painful cramping caused by polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
The blonde beauty said she was stuck on the floor of the salon for 30-45 minutes.
‘Oh my gosh guys the past 3 days have been nuts,’ she told her followers in an Instagram message she shared alongside a selfie.
‘I got the first flight home because my PCOS is playing up on me.
‘So basically I was nearly a month late to my period, and I was sitting at the salon getting my nails done.
‘Next minute I look at my friend and say I don’t feel too good, then next thing I wake up to Liv and the nail ladies around me trying to wake me up because I fainted.
‘Luckily, [my friend] Liv caught me before I hit my head. Then my PCOS cramps continued on for 30-45 mins until I could move off the floor?! WTF.’

This isn’t the first time Shani has collapsed because of her periods. The model suffered from acute pain back in October during a holiday in Bali.
At the time, she recalled the horrific moment she was forced to lie down inside a supermarket during a bout of acute period pain while staying in Indonesia.
Shani explained she was enjoying a luxury getaway with fellow influencer Michael Finch when she began feeling unwell.

Taking to Instagram with the gritty details on Tuesday, the blonde beauty said she was stuck on the floor of the salon for 30-45 minutes
‘You know how last time I got really bad cramps and I was vomiting and everything before I got my period, and it was so painful?’ she told her followers.
‘So I was on my way to lunch yesterday with Michael and I got my period like a month late. It finally came.’
Shani said she began experiencing excruciating pain while riding her bike around Bali and had to get off ‘and go lay down in a Mini Mart’.
She was forced to call a local doctor who organised an ambulance to pick her up as she ‘couldn’t move’ due to the pain.
