Rosie Huntington-Whitely, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Bella Hadid are among the stars wanting an easier way of living amid their crazy busy schedules.
Whether its juggling motherhood, rushing to complete a business deal or keeping on top of their wellbeing – they all, as a collective, can agree it’s hard to catch a break.
Many A-listers are swearing by Emily Austen’s bestselling book, Smarter: 10 Lessons for a More Productive and Less-stressed Life, in a bid to take control of their life and create a healthier way of living.
For years, those who are the first in and last out at work have been seen as the ‘most-productive’.
Or the idea the most successful colleague at work is always overworking, waking up the earliest or putting a career before love, fun and life.
Kim, 44, who starts her day at 6am, once said the key to success is to ‘get your f****** a** up and work’ – but Emily says it really isn’t the case and she should be getting an extra two hours in bed.
She says those who are tuning into their everyday feel, doing what they want to do and having a healthy work-life balance will, in fact, survive and succeed the longest.
It seems Rosie, 37, is hoping to gain some new ideas to incorporate a heathier life as she previously told Marie Claire she loves and cherishes her ‘me time’.
Here, MailOnline takes a look at which stars are loving Emily’s new book to find a ‘smarter’ way of living.

Emily structures her book around 10 straight-forward steps that are easy to integrate into your daily life and work.
She themes her chapters around a helpful ‘M’, full of tips and tricks, prompts, exercises, visuals, learnings and lessons to increase productivity, improve work-life balance, have a new approach to challenges and heighten positivity.
The 10 ‘M’s Emily swears by are; Morning, Message, Minutes, Mind(ful), Manage, Modify, Marketing, Mastery, Move and Momentum.
Emily swears by the rule of learning to manage time correctly instead of adding hours to your day with an early alarm.
She says she wakes up at 8am now and insists: ‘Getting up earlier doesn’t actually make you any more productive. there was nothing positive for me in the 5am club.
‘Waking up early had the following effects on me: I worried the night before that I wouldn’t get enough sleep. I felt like a personal failure when I inevitably hit snooze. I lied to people about my routine, [to name a few].’
Yet Emily says the benefits of waking up later mean she wakes up feeling better rested, enjoys a more relaxed routine and is more likely to make better decisions relating to sugar, coffee and food.
She also discusses boundaries when it come to work versus personal time and encourages people to wait until you are at your desk before checking your morning emails.
There are other tips such as switching your phone light from blue to orange and explains why this can benefit you.
The book also contains a burnout quiz and asks questions such as; ‘Do you find that you never want to have sex, with yourself or anyone else?’
The quiz aims to give a temperature check on how you are really feeling.

Elsewhere, Stella McCartney, Kate Hudson, AJ Odudu, Rochelle Humes, Millie Mackintosh, Lottie Tomlinson, Daisy Lowe, Jodie Kidd are rinsing every advice they can get from the book to incorporate into their daily lives.
Author Emily says: ‘I do not want my legacy to be that of the tired woman. I believe that for many of us, we have had to subscribe to a narrative that puts us second.
‘That we’ve been forced into identifying as a mother or a career gal, and not both. That we’ve been told that performative working, over caffeinating and always showing up exhausted is the key to success.
‘That it’s black and white – you’re either burnt out or lazy. I think there is grey.
‘I think there is a difference between something being impossible and something being really f***ing difficult.
‘I think you find what you’re looking for. I choose to look for evidence all around me of those who have discovered smarter systems and processes to enable them to do it all.
‘To view life as a picture filled with more, not less. To live an abundant existence, and to see that there is a difference between a busy life, and a full one.
‘The girl boss era is dead. I’d like to usher in the smart girl era. And I’m so thrilled you’re joining me on this journey.’
