The Bachelor’s Brooke Cleal made a surprise return to the mansion on Thursday night following the unexpected death of her grandfather last week.
And while her re-appearance came as a shock to the other women vying for Jimmy Nicholson’s heart, fans watching from home thought it was ‘unfair’ the pilot had been talking to her off camera.
‘So Jimmy was still talking to Brooke while she was out of the mansion? How is that fair?’ one fan tweeted.

The Melbourne-based occupational therapist made a dramatic exit after the tragic death of her beloved grandfather during last Thursday’s episode.
Jimmy became emotional as he spoke of needing to say goodbye to Brooke following her fleeing the mansion.
In the opening scenes of the episode, Brooke was seen FaceTiming Jimmy as she told him the bad news.

‘Unfortunately, I had news from home that my grandpa had passed,’ she told the strapping pilot.
‘We became so close in the last few years, especially when my Nan passed away,’ she added.
Brooke explained she believed her grandfather had declined following the death of her grandmother.
‘I still personally think my grandpa passed from a broken heart and it’s reassuring to know that they’re together now,’ she said.
