The Bachelor star Brooke Blurton turns heads in a stunning Indigenous design at Melbourne Fashion Week – after she broke down in tears over the No vote for a First Nations Voice to Parliament

Brooke Blurton ensured all eyes were on her as she attended Melbourne Fashion Week on Tuesday.

The Bachelor star, 28, who is a proud Noongar/Yamatji woman, looked sensational in a uniquely cut skirt suit designed by the not-for-profit art centre Ikuntji Artists.

Brooke put on a leggy display in the high-waisted miniskirt paired with a matching jacket with structured shoulders, a low-cut collar and trendy splits up the side.

She paired her head-turning look with a quaint ivory clutch from Olga Berg, which featured a darling pearl handle.

The accessory perfectly matched her staple silver earrings and strappy white Lana Wilkinson heels worth $240.

Brooke let her natural beauty do all the work with only a lick of lip gloss and bronzed eye shadow visible on her visage.

The brunette beauty’s proud display comes just one week after she broke down sobbing over the recent No vote against the Indigenous Voice to Parliament.

She became emotional as she spoke about the impact the vote had on the Indigenous girls she supports as a youth worker.

Shedding tears on her podcast Not So PG, Brooke told co-host Matty Mills she was ‘devastated’ by Australia’s rejection of the Voice.

‘It makes me feel like everything I have worked for has been completely diminished in this country, and I feel so f**king devastated,’ she said, crying.

She continued: ‘I’m a First Nations person forefront. I f**king hate calling myself Australian.

‘I do not think that I identify with that because that invitation was put to the Australian people and it was very f**king un-Australian of you to say No to us.’

Brooke went on to say she feels othered by the Australian people and sobbed as she revealed they make her ‘feel like a disease’.

Struggling to talk through her tears, Brooke added that she ‘feels scared’ for the young 11-year-old Indigenous girls she works with as a youth worker.
