He’s rumoured to have won Sophie Monk’s heart on the Bachelorette.
And on Monday, Stu Laundy opened up about the risks he has taken by appearing on the reality dating series.
Speaking to TV Week, the 44-year-old publican said that although he knew his appearance would ‘jeopardise some relationships’, he did it for love.

‘I’m risking a lot to be here,’ he told the magazine.
‘I’m here to chase happiness. She’s one of the most beautiful girls I’ve ever seen in my life. I truly believe there’s chemistry between us.’
It’s not the first time Stu has opened up about his decision to appear on the show.
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph last week, the father-of-four said he had ‘ummed and aahed’ before signing on to appear.

‘It’s a risk for someone like me to go on the show, I ummed and aahed a lot but what got me over the line was that I just thought I saw something in Soph,’ he said.
‘When I first met her it was excellent and I really wanted to meet her again, and I had to go through the rigmarole to do it.’

Stu’s interview comes as an insider revealed to News Corp that the suitor has been ‘obsessed with Sophie for years’.
