Holly Kingston has shared a candid update on her postpartum journey just days after giving birth to her newborn son.
The reality star, 30, who shares her first child with husband Jimmy Nicholson, 34, took to Instagram on Sunday to inform her 173,000 followers how she was holding up after delivering her baby boy.
Sharing a picture of herself in a bra and pants, Holly gave her fans a glimpse of her ‘deflating’ bump.
Over the image, she wrote: ‘This is 3 days post C-section, feel a little like a deflating fluffy pancake.’
The reality star also revealed that she has stopped taking pain killers as she was set to start breastfeeding.
‘A little sore, but nothing unbearable,’ she continued, before admitting her ’emotions’ outweighed any physical pain.

‘It’s been a rollercoaster (one I would change for the world) but certainly not all sunshine, wee showers, and rainbows,’ she confessed.
Holly and Jimmy met on The Bachelor in 2021, and last week announced they had welcomed their baby boy, Lennox James Nicholson.
The reality TV lovebirds took to Instagram on Wednesday to confirm the arrival of their son.
They shared a gallery of adorable snaps of their newborn as they gushed over their growing family in an adorable caption.
‘Introducing our beautiful Lenny boy, who arrived into our lives on Monday evening… 3.35kg, frank breech & butt first via c section (yes he’s already a stubborn little thing like his parents),’ the couple wrote.
‘At the risk of sounding cliché, it’s certainly true what they say, there is no handbook to prepare you for this kind of love overnight.’
The caption continued: ‘Thank you for choosing us little man, waking up to you the last few mornings has truly felt like a dream.’
‘You already have us wrapped around your very long fingers & toes,’ they concluded in the sweet tribute.

Their celebrity friends and followers were quick to take to the comments with congratulatory messages for the happy couple.
‘So beyond happy for you all. Welcome to the world Lennox you have no idea how lucky you are,’ wrote The Bachelor’s Laura Byrne.
‘Oh my. CONGRATULATIONS and welcome to the world little one,’ added Rebecca Gibney.
It wasn’t long before cricket WAG Erin Holland joined the chorus, writing: ‘Congrats you two! He’s divine xx.’
