Laura Byrne doesn’t shy away from talking about her sex life.
And the 35-year-old shared a relatable confession last week about how her bedroom habits have changed since having two children.
The former Bachelor star admitted on her Life Uncut podcast that she only has sex with her fiancé Matty Johnson on Saturdays, when their daughters are asleep.

The genetically blessed couple, who met on the 2017 season of The Bachelor, are parents to Marlie-Mae, one, and Lola, five months.
Laura and her co-host Brittany Hockley were discussing how a listener’s ex-boyfriend would only have sex on weekdays.
This prompted her to confess: ‘To be fair, I think I only have sex on Saturday nights when the kids are in bed.’
Brittany replied: ‘But I don’t think that’s because it’s a rule; it’s because you are exhausted and that’s the day of the week you get to do it.’

It’s not the first time Laura has opened up about her sex life with Matty.

‘It’s not sexy… and he has Invisaligns, and that’s even smellier. Just get up and brush your teeth, and then get it on!’
