And on Saturday, the 40-year-old former Bachelor star showed off his muscular build as he completed an intense workout.
The reality star’s black singlet was dripping in sweat as he flexed his huge biceps while lifting a barbell with heavy weights.
After putting the barbell back down, Tim then smiled and flicked some sweat off his muscular arm.
Tim’s wife, Anna Heinrich loaded the clip to her stories and included the cheeky caption: ‘Tim all sweaty in the gym. I barely break a sweat.’

The trip came just one week after Anna and Tim hosted a gender reveal party in the backyard of the $6 million mansion in Sydney ‘s Dover Heights.
The couple and their eldest daughter Elle, two, joined with their extended family for the celebration, including Anna’s sister Andrea.
Sharing a video of themselves popping a pink confetti gun, the overjoyed couple wrote: ‘I think Elle is psychic…turns out she was right again and is getting a sister.’

‘My mummy going to get baby soon,’ Elle said, with a balloon stuffed down her top.
Tim and Anna who married in Italy in 2018, also confirmed their joyous news in the caption.
‘Turns out Elle was right. Bringing another little rascal into the world 2024,’ the pair wrote.
