The Biggest Loser’s Michelle Bridges lowers the price on luxurious home in the Southern Highlands by $3million after failing to secure a buyer
Michelle Bridges has lowered the price on her lavish five-bedroom home in Southern Highlands, NSW, which was originally listed on the market for $6.5million.
The fitness guru has failed to secure a buyer for the Kangaloon abode and has now dropped the price by a whopping $3million.
The Biggest Loser trainer, 52, listed the property, called Summerside, earlier this year for $7million but it failed to attract buyers so the price was reduced.
Despite having several recent bids on the property they were not accepted as the highest offer was only $4.82million – well short of the reserve price.
The Agency real estate company had earlier relisted the property with a $5million price guide, and it’s now it’s listed between $4.15million and $4.4million.

Bridges bought the home in 2017 for $2.7million and it is unclear why she is selling it.
Built high on a hill, the beautifully designed homestead features picture windows offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.
Surrounded by landscaped gardens designed by Bridges, highlights of the sprawling estate include a tennis court and in-ground swimming pool.
There is also a separate guest house, complete with a loft bedroom and modern bathroom.
The main bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.

Other features include an outdoor dining area and entertainment pavilion.
It comes after Bridges discussed life as a single mother to son Axel, six, following her split from partner Steve ‘Commando’ Willis in January 2020.
‘I feel very blessed. It’s so corny but I feel like it’s Mother’s Day for me every day,’ she told Now To Love ahead of Mother’s Day last year.
‘I get to wake up with my son every day and he tells me he loves me every day, he hugs me, kisses me and calls me mumma… I’m his everything and he’s mine.’
In 2020, Bridges sold her Potts Point unit for $6.4million, after purchasing it for $2.9million in 2013.
