Two mischievous pigs were spotted frolicking in and around a petrol station in Queensland, unperturbed by motorists and even taking a nap in a garden bed.
The pair were captured on CCTV casually trotting around a Caltex petrol station at Upper Coomera on the Gold Coast.
The pigs ‘busted out’ from a home in the early hours of Tuesday morning, strolling into the service station at about 2.30sm.

They busted out through the night,’ Mick Cochran the pig’s owner said
‘They busted out through the night,’ Mick Cochran the pig’s owner told the Gold Coast Bulletin.
‘We only live about 800m away so they didn’t get very far.’
Mr Cochran discovered his pigs were missing when he woke up in the morning and saw his missing pigs on a local Facebook community page.
‘There are no farms nearby,’ Trent Bunn the owner of the petrol station said.
The friends spent hours loitering by the entrance to the store, resting inbetween petrol pumps and investigating their new surroundings.
Finally exhausted by their adventure, the pigs stopped to sleep peacefully in the garden until the sun rose.
They were picked up later in the morning in the owner’s ute as council officers attempted to apprehend the escapees.
‘They’re not hungry… they’re out wandering, they had a run and they got away,’ Mr Cochran said.
‘I’m going home to fix the fence right now,’ he later added.
