The Block host Scott Cam’s childhood home has sold for $3.025 million. 

On Saturday, The Daily Telegraph reported that the charming pale pink three-bedroom home, located in Sydney’s Vaucluse, was sold two years after property developer, Tristan Waters, bought it for $2.6 million.

The family home features spacious living areas, a large original kitchen, huge pool and sweeping ocean views.

It also boasts a huge balcony and private outdoor entertainment area. 

Scott’s mother, Gay, owned the home until 2016, when it was sold to Tristan Waters, who is currently in a Serbian jail.

The property was to be developed into two, three-bedroom townhouses. 

Scott attended Waverley College, before moving on to do a three-year apprenticeship to become a carpenter.

In 1990, the handyman started his own business before starring on TV in 2000, on Backyard Blitz.

Scott also appeared on other Channel Nine programs, like Renovation Rescue and Domestic Blitz.

Scott first appeared on The Block in 2010, winning both a silver and gold Logie Award for his work.

The veteran host of the top-rated program still lives in the area with his family, in a Mediterranean-style mansion Ravello. 

Obviously a fan of the area, the four-bedroom home was purchased by Scott for $4.6 million in 2012.
