The Block price guides revealed: Blockheads can expect to win millions if their homes sell at auction

The houses on The Block are set to score a pretty penny if all goes to plan. 

The price guides for the Charming Street properties, located in in Melbourne’s Hampton East, have been revealed by Domain. 

House 1, being renovated by Kyle and Leslie, comes in at a price guide of between $2.5 million to $2.75 million. 

It is described as having an ‘impressive street presence to the exquisitely designed interiors appointed to the highest of standards’.  

Leah and Ash’s House 2 is expected to fetch between $2.5 million and $2.75 million if it sells as expected.
