The Block’s controversial couple Kylie and Brad Baker did attend the 2024 auction day on Saturday despite vowing to skip it, Daily Mail Australia can reveal.
The married couple were embroiled in a shock ‘flirtgate’ scandal on the show when Brad told their co-star Mimi Belperio he would follow her OnlyFans if she had one.
The now-infamous remark prompted a huge fallout and led to Kylie calling it quits with Brad and storming off the set in an apparent fallout with Channel Nine.
Amid the scandal, Kylie vowed not to return for auction day and the show’s host Scott Cam even admitted he was unsure whether the couple would show up.
However, pictures obtained exclusively by Daily Mail Australia of the auction’s filming on Saturday showed that Kylie and Brad did in fact return for the milestone final day.
The couple, who are still together despite their on-screen split, put on a very loved-up display as they were seen packing on the PDA while on the Phillip Island set.
They appeared to have put the ‘flirtgate’ drama firmly behind them as they were seen sharing a kiss and cuddling up to one another during filming.
Going back on her vow to boycott the auction, Kylie put on a glamorous display in a sheer yellow figure-hugging gown which showed off her incredible figure.

The couple also appeared to have some good luck at the auction, which is set to air on Nine on Sunday night, as they were seen hugging seemingly in celebration.
Mimi and Kristian, who were the other couple engulfed in the ‘flirtgate’ scandal, were also in attendance at the auction and were seen putting on an equally united display.
Kylie and Brad’s attendance at the auction came after days of speculation about whether the couple would turn up following the massive on-screen controversy.
Sources claimed that Kylie and Brad were considering returning for the sale only if the reserve was for the right price at the auction.

Their appearance at the auction came under Kylie vowed not to attend amid the ‘flirtgate’ scandal, with host Scott Cam even admitting he didn’t know if they would show up
The Block’s host Scott Cam claimed the couple had cut contact with Nine as he admitted he didn’t know if they planned to turn up just one day before filming.
‘We can’t confirm anything with those guys [Brad and Kylie], because they’re not in communicado, so we’re not sure how it’s going to play out,’ he told Nova 96.9’s Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie on Friday.
‘I don’t have communication with them because I’m doing other things, but we’ve got people at the network that do that, and they have been struggling to make contact.’
The on-screen drama first kicked off when Brad told co-star Mimi – who is married to Kristian – that he would follow her OnlyFans account if she had one.
The controversial conversation came as Brad and Mimi shared a drink at his house while Kylie napped beside them and kicked off the now-infamous ‘flirtgate’ scandal.
Kylie sensationally split from Brad on the show following his flirtatious comments, but Daily Mail Australia later revealed that they are in fact still together.
Kylie also stormed off set and threatened to ‘break the f**king camera’ if the crew kept filming in a dramatic exit, and she and Brad appeared to cut ties with Nine.
Mimi and Kristian, who were the other couple engulfed in the ‘flirtgate’ scandal, were also in attendance at the auction and were seen putting on an equally united display

While the other teams celebrated ‘tools down’, Kylie was notably absent, with Brad left to relay her final order for the tradies to ‘leave it’ and ‘get out’ during their last hours of work.
She also vowed to boycott auction day as she said: ‘I’m just going to go home. I don’t want to come back for auction, I don’t want to have to come back and deal with it.’
However, Kylie and Brad were then seen rubbing shoulders with Nine’s producer Julian Cress amid the supposed falling out with the network.
Prompting speculation the walkout was staged, the pair were spotted at the Melbourne Cup on Tuesday enjoying some drinks and a few laughs alongside Julian.
They were also seen smiling broadly while posing alongside Kristian and Mimi at the races as things appeared to be anything but frosty between the foursome.
