The Block’s Eliza and Liberty are left stunned after their REAL ages are revealed on Tracy Grimshaw’s Do You Want To Live Forever?

The Block stars Eliza and Liberty Paschke faced some hard truths about their health on Monday’s debut episode of Do You Want To Live Forever?

The new Channel Nine show, hosted by former A Current Affair star Tracy Grimshaw, put the women to the test to reveal their true biological age. 

First, the pair experienced computer effects that showed them what they’d look like in their late 80s and 90s. 

Next, the pair did physical and cognitive tests to determine how strong their minds and bodies really are. 

When the numbers were tallied, Eliza, who is 37, was shocked to learn that her biological age is 42. 

The reality star was told that her binge drinking, where she has 15 drinks on a night out every six weeks, was taking a toll.

She is also being impacted by her lack of exercise and tendency to order fast food frequently. 

‘For me, I was just sitting around, to change my habits, because I know my issues, I’m very well aware, but it’s just not being a lazy a**se. It’s actually doing something about it’ she said.

Meanwhile Liberty, who is 35, is a health nut, and was relieved to learn her body is younger than her true age, at 33.

‘I was surprised by the stress thing, because I knew I was quite a stress head, but not quite to that level where it’s actually impacting my memory and my cognitive functions too. Like, that’s scary to me’ she said. 

The pair will spend the next 12 weeks overhauling their lifestyles to see if they can improve their physical and mental health. 

The sisters walked away from The Block with $1.05million after selling House 5 for $4.3million last year.

The sisters revealed in May that they are dipping their toes into stand-up comedy.

The pair took to the stage at the Comic Lounge in North Melbourne. 

Eliza and Liberty were among nine other comedians who each performed a five minute set.
