The couple, who gained notoriety after quitting The Block in 2022, listed the three-bedroom, one-bedroom home for $1400-a-week earlier this month.
Located in Ewingsdale, 7km from Byron Bay, the couple bought the $4million property last year.
No details about the new tenant have emerged, but according to Domain the original advertisement said the couple were looking for a long-term lease for the high-end pad.
Built in dense bushland in 2017, the charming spread features a modern open plan design, studio apartment and amazing views of the lush countryside.
