The Block’s ‘glamorous grandpa’ Mitch Edwards, 60, flashes his lace budgie smugglers on the red carpet in VERY daring ensemble

Mitch Edwards ensured all eyes were on him as he attended the opening night of musical Chicago in Sydney on Friday.

The Block star and his partner, Mark McKie, known as the show’s ‘glamorous grandads’ showed off their fit forms, looking much younger than their years.

The 60-year-old Mitch went all out, striking a pose on the red carpet at the Capitol Theatre in a pair of fitted lace budgie smugglers.

He wore the racy underwear under sheer trousers, paired with a pair of pointed, high-heeled leather boots.

Mitch added to the ensemble with a see-through black shirt worn partially unbuttoned.

The look was completed with a black bracelet and a pair of reading glasses, his blonde locks slicked off his face.

Mark also made an entrance, opting for a black muscle tank that flaunted his toned arms.

The 61-year-old added a pair of patent leather boots and tight black trousers in a satin fabric.

Mitch and Mark, who have renovated 20 houses in 20 years, first rose to fame after winning The Block in 2021.

The pair pocketed $744,000 on auction day in the 2021 season, and went on to blast the show’s judges in a blistering radio interview.

They said Darren Palmer, Neale Whitaker and Shaynna Blaze weren’t qualified to estimate how much a home will sell for at auction.

They asked for a ‘real estate expert’ to be hired for the 2022 season.

The Sydney couple hosted Channel 10’s Location, Location, Location in 2023.

Earlier this month, the couple listed their stunning Potts Point investment property.

The one bedroom one bathroom apartment is expected to fetch $1.05m ahead of its June 18 auction.

The pair purchased the 65sqm unit for $680,000 in 2015.
