Fans were left confused by Jake Paul spraying himself with a bright yellow container before and after his bout with Mike Tyson.
The spray can made it’s first appearance as Jake Paul walked into the arena with his girlfriend Jutta Leerdam.
That had fans attention as he sprayed his torso with the can a few times on his arrival.
It then made another apearance during his ring walk, as Jake Paul sat in the back of a low-rider with his brother Logan.
This time, Logan would be spraying his brother down as they rode in the car on the way to the ring.
Logan then sprayed his brother down following the bout as Jake Paul was announced as the unanimous winner of what turned out to be a pretty sad affair.
Logan Paul held up a bottle in his hand as he and brother Jake made their way to the ring
During the event many onlookers took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to express their confusion at the spray.
A user named Tebow said: ‘Dawg. WTF is Jake Paul spraying himself with.’
Another said: ‘Jake Paul emoting and spraying his bod man fragrance on himself after beating up an old man is insane.’
And user Vox also posted: ‘Jake Paul that annoying kid on the school bus choking everyone out with axe body spray.’
Well it would turn out that the spraying throughout his appearances on the show were in fact advertising for his own ‘W’ men’s care line.
Jake Paul launched the men’s care line as he said ‘sweating has long been an insecurity of mine.’
The body spray is one third of the line that includes body spray, antiperspirant and body wash.
According to the press release W’s products are crafted with patent-pending mood-boosting fragrances, infused with nutrient-rich ingredients like Vitamin B, Vitamin E, Magnesium, and Biotin to nourish hair and skin, and made without phthalates, parabens, harsh sulfates, or artificial dyes.
X user Anthony Pompliano praised Jake Paul’s use of the body spray as part of a marketing effort.
‘Logan & Jake Paul are two of the greatest marketers on the planet,’ he wrote.
‘The W can being sprayed in every video shot is worth millions of dollars in free advertising.’
