It’s been one of the most heavily promoted episodes in My Kitchen Rules history, as one team – reportedly Sonya and Hadil – are kicked off for bullying.
And ahead of the episode airing on Wednesday night, Sunrise has shared a sneak peek of the explosive showdown.
In the newly released footage, Sonya and Hadil can be seen firing vicious insults at their rivals Jess and Emma.

The mood starts off pleasant with Emma reminiscing over the contestants who had been eliminated so far.
However, the feud kicks off when Hadil scoffs in response and sarcastically remarks: ‘Those ones. The ones that aren’t here anymore.’
In the sneak peek, it appears Emma has then had enough and storms off, leaving the dinner party of speechless guests behind.
‘Seriously. I can’t do this,’ Emma exclaims as she walks out.
Hadil seems happy to see her leave and sings out ‘Bye!’ in a contrite voice.

‘Can’t handle it now big girl? Bye blowfish!’ Hadil continues taunting her rival from back at the dinner table
Meanwhile, Hadil’s teammate Sonya backs her up and adds her own taunts into the mix.
‘Sit down! You think you’re a princess but a real princess wears diamonds not cubic zirconia!’ she tells Emma.
Hitting back, a visibly angry Emma replies: ‘You think you’re funny?’
Back at the dinner table, the vicious exchange escalates with Hadil calling out ‘Ciao! Can’t handle it now big girl? Bye blowfish! All I can hear is a blowfish!’

Jess is having none of it and defending her sister, spits at Hadil ‘You look like Bubba Gump!’
But Hadil isn’t done yet and questions: ‘Is the blowfish gasping for air?’ which leaves Jess shocked and enraged.
She continues to take aim at the blonde sisters’ appearances, saying ‘Look, I’ve got a really good doctor that you could go to’
Firing back, Jess replies: ‘You need to go to a doctor because you’ve got serious issues.’
The rest of the guests can’t seem to believe what they’re seeing – jaws drop and heads shake around the table.
Truffle farmer Henry seems to sum it up best when he states in disbelief: ‘My God!’
On Wednesday The Daily Telegraph confirmed after much speculation that it was in fact Sonya and Hadil will be the duo given the boot in the much hyped episode.
