The Challenge star, Christopher ‘CT’ Tamburello’s estranged wife, Lilianet Solares, has filed for emergency sole custody of their son amid their bitter divorce battle.
The TV personality, 42, who recently revealed earlier this month that he dropped 65 lbs. following their split, filed for divorce from his wife of four years late last year in November 2022, stating the union was ‘irretrievably broken.’
The model, 31, filed a request for an ‘Emergency Motion for Injunction to Suspend all Time Sharing’ and asked for ‘Sole Parental Responsibility’ on April 7, per The U.S. Sun.
Earlier this week on Wednesday, just days after the request was made, an emergency hearing was held. According to the outlet, a judge had ‘denied’ Lilianet’s request for sole custody of their seven-year-old son, Christopher Jr.
Court papers from Florida, also obtained by The U.S. Sun, stated, ‘The Wife’s request to suspend the Husband’s timesharing and parental responsibility is denied.’

However, during the recent hearing, CT agreed to not, ‘discuss, or make public, any intimate details regarding the parties’ litigation, settlement negotiations, the minor child…’
He also agreed to not discuss, ‘any allegations towards the Wife including defamatory statements about the Wife, in any form, including but not limited to social media posts and/or interviews.’
The former couple also made the agreement to not ‘discuss’ the situation with their child and to not ‘make disparaging comments about the other parent,’ per The U.S. Sun.
Upon the conclusion of the emergency hearing, an attorney for their son, also known as a Guardian At Litem, was appointed, with CT agreeing to pay 75 percent of the fees for the Guardian, and Lilianet ‘Lili’ taking care of the other 25 percent.
The Challenge star’s ex had supported evidence after filing a request for sole custody, which included a ‘screen recording of a social media post.’ Tamburello recently jumped to his Instagram and ranted about his divorce which has since been deleted.
Although a judge denied Lilianet to have sole custody of their son, a ‘case management conference’ will be held later on June 8, reported Us Weekly.
One month after CT had filed for divorce in the state of Florida, Lili had filed a separate request in December 2022 for their little boy to primarily live with her in their marital home.
The entertainment publication reported that the model claimed in court documents at the time that, ‘there is a tense and hostile environment in the home due to this litigation.’

She also added that she wanted to keep their son away, ‘from the litigation and protected from any stress that may be caused from the hostile situation between the parties.’
Amid their ongoing divorce, the former couple worked out ‘temporary financial and custody agreements’ last month in March.
Lili, who was born in Cuba, agreed to move out of their marital home and to a different rental property, with CT making a payment of $7,200 for assistance. He also agreed to pay his estranged wife temporary monthly child support of $761.
The two also have alternating days with their son, who was welcomed to the world in 2016.
Tamburello and the model tied the knot back in 2018 during a two-part, MTV special called, CT Getting Married.

‘I don’t know what the f*** happened,’ the MTV reality star ranted in the lengthy, now-deleted clip. ‘I lost 65 f***ing pounds!’
He also said he just wants to be a ‘stay-at-home dad’ with ‘salt-and-pepper hair’ to his son, Christopher Jr. The star then claimed that his wife had been living ‘a secret life.’
In the video shared by a fan on Reddit, he also claimed he still does not understand what went wrong in their relationship.
‘I really wished we had a more open dialogue,’ he said. And although he was the one to file for divorce, he revealed he has ‘unanswered questions’.
‘I have so many unresolved issues, so many unanswered questions’ he said, seemingly addressing Solares directly in the clip.
He also claimed that she was dating a stripper from Magic Mike Live and was still living in his house even after their split.
‘Look, Lili, I don’t need you to tell me to be a better parent,’ he said at the end of the rant. ‘I know I’m the best f***ing parent, and my whole life revolves around [Christopher Jr.]
‘You got a lot of nerve trying to tell me to be better when you can’t even afford to put food on your table,’ he added. ‘What does that mean? Let’s be honest.’
