Whether you live a fully plant-based lifestyle or occasionally eat the odd vegan meal, you’re part of a trend that has seen the amount of people giving up animal products skyrocket in the past few years.
There has been an explosive rise in veganism in Australia in particular, with the country swiftly becoming the third-fastest growing vegan market in the world.
Meeting the growing demand is a burgeoning number of plant-based cafes, proving to the public that vegans don’t only eat salads.
One such place that is taking advantage of this trend is The Clean Treats Factory in Sydney, who are serving up rainbow dish after rainbow dish.

Their study showed that businesses are increasingly looking at new food ideas that focus on health and sustainability to appeal to the country’s changing attitudes.
Impos surveyed 652 hospitality business owners, managers and workers who said they saw huge potential in capitalising on society’s shifting opinions by offering more vegan options.
