The D’Amelio Show AXED by Hulu after just three seasons leaving TikTok family’s fans disappointed

The D’Amelio Show has been axed after three seasons.

The reality show followed TikTok stars Charli, 20, and her sister Dixie, 22, as they navigated their lives, ranging from family drama to health scares.

As the latest season wrapped, their parents, Heidi, 52, and Marc, 55, got candid about their marital issues and discussed divorce, leaving fans on edge.

The pair explained that tensions rose in the family after Charli and Heidi competed against each other on season 31 of Dancing with the Stars, which resulted in Charli taking the gold with her partner.

An insider insisted the decision was made ‘mutual’ between the family and Hulu, People reports.

The Connecticut native family-of-four rose to fame after their daughters went viral on TikTok back in 2020.

Their reality show kicked off on September of 2021 before the family’s relationship started to go downhill.

In 2023, dad-of-two Marc explained that his wife and youngest daughter’s face off on the dance competition ‘created this huge shift in our family which I wasn’t prepared for.’

He referred to Heidi saying, ‘If I would have known what I know now, that, like “Dude, she wants her career,”‘ that he would have started a business and do ‘exactly what I’ve been doing over the last 20 years.’

In the episode, the former politician admitted that he wished he let his wife of 24 years pursue a job rather than be a stay-at-home mum.

Season three also revealed Dixie’s premenstrual dysphoric disorder which caused the internet star to take a break from the public eye.

The hitmaker admitted that the diagnoses resulted in her battle with anxiety, depression and insomnia.

“People are going to be like, “Oh my God everybody gets that,” Like no,’ the 22-year-old said.

‘I didn’t know that you weren’t supposed to want to die every month before you got your period. It’s not supposed to affect every single aspect in your life from sleep to anxiety,’ she finished.

Of her sister she said, ‘When I see Dixie break down, I never know how to react because she either doesn’t want anything to do with me or she wants me to help her

‘It’s so confusing. I’ve done my own research on PMDD to kind of understand, at least a little bit, but she’s never really explained it to me,’ the dancer explained.
