An Australian model with impossibly glowing skin has revealed which beauty products she swears by to support her face and body, and the brands she trusts most.

Bella Thomas, who is represented by Kult agency, said her routine starts very early in the morning when she wakes up to have a glass of warm water with lemon before she heads to a reformer Pilates class.

Upon returning home to her Sydney pad the 22-year-old cleanses with Cosmetics 27 Cleansing Balm ($116) and applies an ‘essence’ like Amore Pacific Vintage Single Extract Essence ($232) to help her serums sink in deeper.

‘I then give myself a little face massage and finish with gua sha (a type of lymphatic drainage using a curved crystal),’ Bella told The Beauty Chef blog.

What products does Bella swear by?

* Cosmetics 27 Cleansing Balm ($116)

* Amore Pacific Vintage Single Extract Essence ($232)

* Drunk Elephant’s Vitamin C serum ($128)

* Weleda Skin Food ($14.95)

* Chanels’ 10 ingredient moisturiser ($132.00)

Some of her favourite products at the moment include Drunk Elephant’s Vitamin C serum ($128), Weleda Skin Food ($14.95) and Chanels’ 10 ingredient moisturiser ($132.00), which work to maintain her youth.

At night she adds a hydrating face mask into the mix and uses her rose quartz roller to wind down.

‘It boots circulation which helps to oxygenate the skin. I roll it in an upwards direction, repeating three times on each spot,’ she said.

‘I leave the roller in the fridge for a calming, cooling effect.’

Although she takes great care of her skin outwardly Bella also ingests supplements to keep her gut health in check, which reflects back on her face.
