The 23-year-old Olympic hopeful grew up in the beautiful four-bedroom, two-bathroom pad which is situated in Chelmer, a suburb of Brisbane.

Originally listed for auction earlier this year, the stylish property was passed in and has now been relisted with a price guide of $2.35million – $2.55million.

Designed in the popular ‘Hamptons’ holiday home style, the dwelling was purpose built for Ariarne’s parents, Steve and Robyn Titmus reported the National News Network on Friday.

Highlights of the multi-level home include a pool with a fabulous timber deck and a verandah adjoining the dining area.

According to the report Ariarne lived on the property until 2023. 

A year earlier she splashed out $1.65million on a flat in Teneriffe a Brisbane suburb. 

Ariarne wowed her fans after a stunning performance in the pool this week at the Australian Swimming Trials.

The champ pulled off a new world record in the 200-free style.

The Queenslander is Olympic champion in the 200m and 400m freestyle and holds world records over both those distances after setting a fresh 200m benchmark on Wednesday night in Brisbane.
