It is the embarrassing video that bikie hardman Toby Mitchell didn’t want anyone to see.
Just days after Mitchell was mocked in court by police for suffering from a ‘glass jaw’, CCTV footage of the burly bikie being knocked out by a homeless man has been released by a Melbourne court.
The video shows a ‘street kid’ dressed like a ‘lumberjack’ knock Mitchell on his behind after the feared bikie had enjoyed a boozy night out with mates.
Mitchell had picked a fight with the homeless man for no apparent reason before trying to punch on with the stranger.

Footage shows the homeless man bounce on his toes like a boxer before defending himself against a Mitchell haymaker.
Mitchell’s mates can been seen trying to hold him back, but the tattooed bikie could not be placated.

Magistrate John Bentley released the video despite objections from Mitchell’s barrister Damian Sheales.
But it wasn’t all bad news for Mitchell, who had a night time curfew lifted from his bail conditions, which will allow the Southbank resident to once again hit the streets of Melbourne after dark.
He will also be able to hang out with his Mongol mates again under the relaxed bail conditions.
Mitchell had been previously forbidden from mingling with other Mongols and had been confined to his swanky quarters between 8pm and 6am over the Christmas period.
The bikie looks set to walk from the embarrassing fracas with little more than a fine if he behaves himself over the next six months and seeks alcohol and anger management treatment.
Mr Bentley agreed to defer sentencing Mitchell until September after Corrections Victoria asked for a month-long adjournment to properly assess him for a community correction order.
The proposal had been strongly opposed by Police prosecutor Sgt Geoff Adams, who days earlier claimed Mitchell had no-one to blame for his embarrassing take-down but himself.
‘The accused just believes that he can go about his life and not worry about the law. He’s acting as though he’s the enforcer,’ he said on Thursday.
‘He is the one that is instigating it and he’s just not finishing once it stops. He wants to carry it on … it clearly shows he’s out for blood and it’s only by sheer luck, and I’ll refer to a boxing term, that he’s got a glass jaw which rendered him semi-conscious, he would have continued the fight.’
Mitchell pleaded guilty to unlawful assault over the November 15 incident on Southbank – along the Yarra River in Melbourne.
A clean shaven Mitchell appeared again before the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court via videolink from his lawyer’s office on Monday.

He had only recently got out of hospital after running into complications with what is left of his battered kidneys.
Mitchell was shot six times outside a Brunswick gym in 2011 while sergeant at arms for the Bandidos bikie gang.
He spent weeks in intensive care, underwent 30 operations and lost a kidney, gall bladder and most of his liver.
He was shot again in 2011 in another attempt on his life.
Mitchell had already been on bail over an incident outside a cafe in South Yarra in October when the brawl with the homeless man took place.
Mitchell pleaded guilty on Thursday to a charge of unlawful assault over that fight too.

His victim, Bitcoin trader Anthony Hess, was forced to flee the country to avoid being questioned by police over the ugly incident.
The 39 year old jumped on a flight to Los Angeles after the Mongols president was arrested.
He did not make a police statement about the October 4 incident and later told Daily Mail Australia he wanted the charges against Mitchell dropped.
CCTV released of that incident showed Mitchell, 45, slap Hess three times – stumbling over himself on the third swipe – outside a Melbourne cafe, terrifying onlookers.
The pair, who have been close friends for eight years, were drinking outside Gilson cafe in South Yarra with other Mongols including top lieutenant Mark Balsillie.
‘We were all drinking and having a good time, everyone was in good spirits and enjoying the restrictions lifting and the nice weather,’ Hess said at the time.
The socialite said after Mitchell hit him from behind he ran out the back door of the cafe onto the road, tripped and fell on to a car.
‘The driver drove me to the hospital, even though I insisted I was okay,’ he said.
Hess said he chalked the incident up to a drunken ‘misunderstanding’ between mates on ‘another wild night’ and thought nothing more of it.
‘I was just a drunk hot mess and things had become a bit crazy but I didn’t except the police to be involved and Toby to be charged,’ he said.
Mitchell’s barrister said his client had had several organs removed.
The court heard Mitchell required up to 27 medications a day, some twice daily.

Mr Sheales said his client received ‘poetic justice’ in the fight with the homeless man and claimed he was lucky not to have been beaten further.
‘That fellow on Southbank could clearly look after himself,’ he told the court. ‘He was lucky another punch didn’t connect.’
Mitchell has an atrocious history of violent assaults and has previously been spared jail with a community order.
Mitchell has been on bail since the October assault.
Under his new bail conditions, he is still unable to leave Victoria.
