Shoppers are rushing to Kmart Australia to purchase a new $7 kitchen gadget that’s landed across stores.
Fitness coach and nutritionist Bec Hardgrave, from Brisbane, bought the Oil Spray and Pour Bottle to try for herself.
The affordable, mess-free product is designed for easy spraying or pouring onto cooking pans and food, ensuring precise control.
Ms Hardgrave filled the 450mL glass bottle with olive oil before spraying it over a slice of bread – and was impressed.
‘I’m very happy with how aesthetic it looks and it’s better for you. Highly recommend heading to Kmart and grabbing one of these,’ she said in a video.
The clip quickly caught the attention of others who said they’ll be buying the item on their next trip to Kmart.
‘I need one of these like right now,’ one person commented.
Despite the convenient design, one woman pointed out a possible flaw that could ruin the oil.

‘Olive oil needs to be kept in a dark tinted jar to avoid it spoiling. That’s why all the containers are dark or completely covered,’ one pointed out.

According to Healthline, olive oil should be stored in a cool, dry place and preferably in a dark bottle to prevent spoiling.
Exposure to direct light can breakdown the olive oil and cause it to oxidise.
Most olive oil lasts 18 to 24 months or 12 to 18 months for extra virgin olive oil.
It comes after the popular department store released a cordless spot cleaner.
The $79 product can be used to clean carpets and rugs, car interiors, stairs, fabric upholstery and more.
The budget retailer demonstrated how the buy works in a video posted on TikTok, which had shoppers eager to buy.
‘This is the best way to keep your home spotless,’ a woman said in the clip.
‘It’s cordless, lightweight and super easy to carry around. You just fill it up with water and low foam cleaning solution.’
After using the product to clean a beige couch, the water turned dark grey after collecting all the filth within the material.
It’s also the perfect alternative to spending thousands on expensive cleaning equipment and can be used thoroughly on spots or marks.
As the spot cleaner is still new it’s yet to launch on the Kmart website but is available in stores.
The video quickly caught the attention of others, many of which were intrigued by the product.
‘No way! Awesome,’ one wrote.
‘Seriously, now you bring a cordless version out when I just bought the big corded one like a month ago,’ another added.
A third shopper wanted to know when the product will be available in New Zealand. Others tagged friends in the comments.
