I slipped on the high heels at 37 to become Australia’s most high-profile escort. I spent 10 years getting to know men on a deep level, more so than the average woman.

And here’s what became obvious: men love mature.

The older I got, the more expensive I got. As the years ticked by, and I hit my late 40s, I was charging $1500 an hour for my time and, in more demand than ever. You’d think the opposite, wouldn’t you? Even I assumed I’d be past it…

Wrong.

With my experience as a madam and an escort, I soon realised the biggest myth women are fed is that once we hit 40, we shrivel up like prunes and should fade away into oblivion.

That we become invisible and that part of our life; the sexy part, is over.

Well I’ve got news for you ladies – it ain’t even begun.

The number one request I got from men wanting to see my ladies was they wanted women over 40, with curvy figures.

One man called once, wanting to book someone mature, complaining ‘all the young ones just wanted sex,’ whereas he was looking for something more, a dinner partner, someone to talk to. Another client was sick of ‘table for one’ at restaurants and wanted to book ladies who could pass for his wife, not his daughter.

When recruiting for my escort agency, a woman in her mid 60s turned up for an interview, let’s call her Sarah.

Sarah was a grandma with silver hair and spectacles. She was anxiously clutching a shopping bag and inside was new suspenders, stockings and sexy lingerie she had just bought.

Sarah ended up being one of my busiest ladies with men from all ages, all demographics wanting to spend time with her. She was so successful she has now become an independent escort.

Her secret? Sarah wasn’t botoxed, she had natural boobs and body. But she exuded warmth, authenticity, and confidence. Her age wasn’t a drawback, it was a drawcard.

1 – Confidence

When people ask me what makes you good in bed, my answer always surprises them. It’s not about sex; how flexible you are, how dirty you can talk, what your oral skills are.
