A competitive category, the ‘most popular family car’ award was this year awarded to the Ford Escape, a compact SUV that sells for $29,990.
Features include a hands-free power tail gate which allows busy parents to simply kick their foot under the rear bumper to open the boot and make packing easy and a panoramic sun roof that brings the outdoors in at the touch of a button.
Other cars celebrated in this category included the Kia Carnival and the Nissan X-Trail.
