Picking up your phone when you’ve had something alcoholic to drink is not the best idea, especially when you wake up hungover and find those risqué texts in the morning.
A collection of screenshots put together by Aubtu shows hilarious texts that people from around the world have sent when intoxicated.
One picture shows a conversation that a drunk man named Will thought he was having with someone else, but it turns out he was texting himself the whole time.
Another inebriated person kept messaging their recent Uber driver and asking what they were up to hours after they were dropped off, before telling them that they worked too much and should ‘take a break’.
A man named Jordan drunkenly messaged Heinz’s Facebook account and said that he had a question about their beans.

Although they responded asking what the question was, Jordan texted them back the next day admitting he was intoxicated when he sent the messages, before adding that he was ‘a big fan’.
Someone also tried logging into their online banking when they were tipsy, which meant they got sent four authorisation codes. But they thought it was a trick, responding with: ‘Your puzzles don’t scare me riddlemaster’.
One drunken person texted ‘I love you so much baby’ to their boss instead of their girlfriend, to which he responded ‘Love you too, doll…’
