Three adorable bear cubs learn how to climb barriers as mom watches on after stopping traffic

Hopefully the bears in Canada look both ways before crossing. 

Adorable footage shows the moment a mother bear boldly halts traffic so that her three bear cubs can make it across the road in Rossland, British Columbia, on Friday

‘Driving along the highway with my two children when we came across this mama bear,’ mother, Sarah Patershuk, said.

‘Her cubs popped out from behind a fence and she led them across the highway and over the barricade to safety. It was a great learning experience for both the mama bears littles and my own.’ 

In the brief clip, the family of bears makes their way across the lanes of traffic as Patershuk films the cute moment. 

‘Well I don’t know if the babies are going to be able to get over,’ the concerned mother says as the group approach the barrier.

The video then shows the mother and two of her larger cubs over the barrier, with one remaining cub struggling to get over.

‘Oh it’s a tiny little baby,’ Patershuk exclaims.

‘You hear the baby whining,’ the mom asks her kids in the backseat of the vehicle as the cub calls for its mom’s help.
