Three face drug charges in Adelaide

Three people have been charged with drug trafficking and other offences after police stopped a car towing an unregistered and uninsured car in Adelaide.

A Taser and an amount of methamphetamine was allegedly found in a woman’s bag and a guitar after officers stopped a car towing an unregistered and uninsured car at Prospect about 4am on Thursday.

A 19-year-old woman from Salisbury East was charged with trafficking a controlled drug and carrying a dangerous article, while a 51-year-old man from Salisbury North was charged with trafficking a controlled drug.

A 39-year-old man from Parafield Gardens was charged with trafficking a controlled drug and a number of traffic offences.

All three did not apply for bail and will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Thursday.
