A shocking video shows three young men brazenly stealing display mobile phones from a shopping centre – while a laughing bystander films the incident.
In the outrageous footage, the shameless thieves casually into the EE store in Lakeside shopping centre, Essex and then forcibly ripping out all the display phones from their stands.
Astonishingly at the end of the video, one of the offenders gives the cameraman a thumbs up as they run out with their stolen goods.

The incident took place on Wednesday, May 30 and the clip has been shared across social media – after originally being published on Snapchat by the amused onlooker.
The footage begins by showing the front of the EE store. Two men – who both wear black clothing – can be seen walking slowly into the phone shop.
Then suddenly, the camera pans to show a third male – wearing a striped black tracksuit – ripping out display phones and stealing them.
As the filming bystander realises the crime that is going on in front of him, he begins shouting ‘Oh s***! Oh s***! Oh s***! Yo! Yo!’ and starts laughing loudly.
A few customers or shop workers can be seen at the back of the EE store in the video and they helplessly watch the brazen crime going on in front of them.

Then one of the males starts helping the man in the striped tracksuit to rob the demo mobile phones. Meanwhile another of the gang goes to the back of the EE shop to steal other handsets.
The tracksuit-wearing shoplifter then walks over to another set of display phones and starts pulling them out. All the while, the filming onlooker cackles loudly at the crime taking place.
The tracksuit-wearing thief grabs and rips the phones out so hard that the whole display shelf shakes – and the filming onlooker laughs even louder.
A yell can be heard in the distance and this prompts the man in the tracksuit to run away with his stolen phones.

The second male thief sprints out of the EE store. But in a shocking twist as he runs, the audacious shoplifter gives a thumbs up to the man filming.
The third offender – who is wearing a hooded sweatshirt – then also runs out of the EE shop.
The filming bystander continues laughing and sniggering. He shouts at the offenders again, ‘You’re on a next ting!’. The video then cuts to an end.
Several social media users have commented on the shamelessness and stupidity of the offenders in the video. @-s27.- said ‘By far the dumbest yutes ever [sic]’ while @misstaurus.x’ said ‘they got no masks on. They looking to get send down’.
An EE spokesperson said: ‘We can confirm there was an incident at one of our stores in the Lakeside Shopping Centre, Essex, on May 30. Thankfully no staff or members of the public were injured and we are supporting the police with their investigation.’
