On Saturday, the former Biggest Loser trainer revealed she had commenced rehab with her physiotherapist and was back to working out despite wearing a moon boot.

Taking to Instagram, the 33-year-old shared a short clip that showed her husband Ed Kavalee helping her to complete her exercises.
The funnyman held his injured wife’s hand as she completed a series of squats, before she fell into his arms with a hearty laugh.
She accompanied the clip with an inspirational caption: ‘Thanks to my coach Ed the good Egg… . I’ve had a few days to let the thought of this broken ankle sink in. Now I’m ready to get it done. Time for my other limbs to step it up.’

The tenacious trainer is as direct with herself as she is her clients, adding the hashtag: ‘noexcuses’.
Just hours later, Tiffiny was back on Instagram sharing a snap with her trusty physio Stuart Imer, revealing that she’s starting working her on ‘ninjury’, a comical pun, given that the exercise queen is known as a ninja warrior.
Appearing upbeat, the blonde was seen beaming despite having to lean on a crutch beneath her arm.

The ever-optimistic athlete added: ‘We all have niggles and frustrating injuries, it’s not how many times you get knocked down, but how many times you get up.’
Tiffiny is known for her positive approach to exercise and weight loss, having recently announced that she’s in no rush to get back to her pre-pregnancy shape.
