Tiffiny Hall injures herself by falling over Arnold’s toys

She’s the former Biggest Loser trainer who has dropped more than 21 kilos since welcoming her first son last September.

But Tiffiny Hall’s pursuit of pre-baby body perfection was met with a slight hiccup this week when the 33-year-old suffered a nasty-looking ankle after falling over baby Arnold’s toys.

Taking to Instagram on Friday, Tiffiny shared a photo of herself hobbling through the halls of a physiotherapist’s office, along with the caption: A busted ankle won’t stop this ninja!’

‘Yep, I really did a doozy!’ Tiffiny Hall, 33, suffered a nasty-looking ankle after falling over baby Arnold’s toys- and took to Instagram on Friday to break the unfortunate news

‘Yep, I really did a doozy when I tripped over Arnold’s toy… YIKES! It’s all fun and games until someone falls over,’ she went on, adding: ‘With the help of my awesome physio Stuart from faara.com.au, I’ll be sharing my rehab adventures with you.’

The ever-optimistic athlete added: ‘We all have niggles and frustrating injuries, it’s not how many times you get knocked down, but how many times you get up.’

Tiffiny is known for her positive approach to exercise and weightloss, having recently announced that she’s in no rush to get back to her pre-pregnancy shape.

‘And I know when the time comes to get fit and be back in shape, I’ll be able to do it. I may never get back to my size six hips and my washboard abs, but I’m comfortable with that,’ she said.

‘I want to have more children and I’m proud of how strong my body was. I feel amazing,’ the fitness entrepreneur continued.

Speaking to Stellar, Tififny also revealed why she made the choice to focus on her responsibilities as a new mother rather than wasting time attempting to bounce back into shape.

‘I’m not going to sacrifice time with Arnold to go to the gym, and I’m not going to sacrifice my milk supply by dieting.’

Tiffiny added: ‘I don’t want to waste a single delicious newborn minute worrying or obsessing about my body.’
