She’s a doting new mum to newborn son Arnold Martin Kavalee.
But on Monday The Biggest Loser trainer Tiffiny Hall appeared to get a touch of ‘baby brain’ as she stepped out in public with her baby comforter stuffed in her bra.
Uploading the hilarious image to her Instagram account, Tiffiny captioned the post: When you forget to take your baby’s comforter out of your bra in public Tell me you’ve been there done that?’

‘Arnie sleeps with this little blue blanket and it helps if it smells like me (sometimes he tries to eat it haha) I wear it around all day in the end. Any other mums do this?’ the 33-year-old mum continued.
Tiffiny often shares pictures of her life as a new mum.
Recently, the mother and son duo were spending some quality time together, taking a selfie in the mirror and pulled a few faces.

Tiffiny held her son in the palm of her hand as she angled her iPhone to take the snap, dressed in a blue robe with her blonde locks tied back into a ponytail.
She opened her mouth wide and smiled, while her tiny son mimicked her facial expressions dressed in a loose-fitted grey-striped jumpsuit and a blue bib.

And while Tiffiny is still adjusting to motherhood, she revealed earlier last month that she does some fitness and outlined how she does it in another post to her Instagram.
‘Whenever there’s time for snuggles and cuddles or feeding Arnold, I take the opportunity to do my pelvic floor training, deep core activations through deep belly breathing,’ she wrote in the caption.

The blonde star revealed details of her training method, which includes 10 rounds of ‘lifting’ and ‘squeezing’ for 10 seconds each time.
‘Do these three sets a day and you are on your way to training up your pelvic floor to Olympic status,’ she wrote.
Tiffiny and her radio presenter husband Ed Kavalee welcomed their son on September 14.
