But it is former Biggest Loser trainer Tiffiny Hall’s latest ninja-esque routine that has left her fans utterly stunned.

Is this her most impressive workout yet? Former Biggest Loser trainer Tiffiny Hall bares her ripped six pack abs as she shares incredible mid-air bar routine

Tiff, who is wearing black workout tights and a matching sports bra, is mid-air as she moves herself from one end of the bar to the other.

Clearly in pain, she is heard shouting ‘hut’ repeatedly, in order to maintain her focus.

A person in the background is heard saying ‘stay put’, before Tiff held herself in position for a moment before lifting her legs out in front of her.

Throughout the video, the blonde beauty, who is married to comedian and radio host Ed Kavalee, scrunches her eyes shut and grits her teeth.

Towards the end of the clip, her trainer begin to count down and the pair shout out ‘one’ before Tiff jumps off the bar.

‘After 12 months of diligently training my whole core I’m here,’ Tiff captioned the clip.

‘My pelvic floor always felt weakest hanging and lifting my legs. But not anymore! Right here is the moment I finally realised I’ve gotten stronger. I could even knee strike pads whilst hanging and my pelvic floor felt strong, supported and well controlled.’

She said that in order to get to where she is in the video she modified her workout routine for six months.

Tiffiny dropped an incredible 30 kilograms following the birth of her son Arnold last year.

She reminded people never to be afraid of modifications and that a ‘fit core takes time, especially after a baby’.
