She previously said that getting back into shape after having her first baby was not a priority for her – and now The Biggest Loser Australia coach Tiffiny Hall has shared a candid snap of her body just two weeks after giving birth.
Taking to her Instagram page, the fitness guru posted her a before and after shot, which she called ‘another kind of now and then’.
‘And you know what? I couldn’t be happier,’ the star, who welcomed baby Arnold earlier this month, wrote.
‘I look at Arnold and it’s me who created that little Ninja! My body did that.

‘So, the way I see it, I’m the strongest I’ve ever been. Ninjas come in all shapes and sizes, the goal is to work on the happy just as much as the fit.
‘It is sooooo important to be happy and healthy and imperative to be a Ninja and to have the support of an amazing community.’
Tiffiny also appeared to spruik her workout program TiffXO – whose members describe themselves as ninjas – in the post as she added, ‘today is the last day to become a Ninja and I would love it if you would join me getting #happyfit together’.
Tiffiny (pictured here before her pregnancy) said Arnold’s arrival was swift and he came into the world after two hours
The TV star hasn’t been shy about declaring her love for her newborn baby boy on Instagram – posting a series of loved up pictures and inspiring captions.
Speaking previously to Kidspot, the new mum – whose husband is comedian Ed Kavalee – said the arrival of baby Arnold was swift.
‘We got to our weekly appointment and my obstetrician said “oh you’re 2cm dilated, you’re in labour!” And I said “oh am I?” I didn’t even notice. And then it was all happening from there, within two hours I had Arnold,’ the fitness star told the publication.

Tiffiny explained that their baby boy’s arrival was complicated by the fact that his heart rate dropped prior to birth, and he had the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck.
This meant that whilst his arrival was swift, it was excruciatingly painful.
‘So I didn’t have any time to enjoy the epidural, they pretty much flung me back, my legs went up in the stirrups and I had to start pushing,’ Tiffiny told Kidspot.
Referring to the pain of the contractions, the fitness enthusiast said they were ‘off the scale’.

‘I did not expect it to be so painful. I’ve done a lot of painful things in my life training wise and pushing myself but nothing can ever compare to that,’ she said.
Sharing her thoughts on becoming a mother with her 76,000 Instagram followers, Tiffiny revealed she was loving parenthood.
‘My days are full of stretch marks, no sleep, still with my pregnant belly, stitches, aching breasts and you know what? I would do it one hundred times over, just to hold you in my arms like this. I love our new normal, Arnold,’ she wrote.
Sharing another beautiful post, the new mum shared how grateful she was to have her son ‘here safe’.

‘All the hard stuff from the last 9 months was forgotten the moment you landed on my chest,’ she wrote.
‘Here you are 5 days old and we are 5,000,000 times happier now you have arrived.’
Previously, the Biggest Loser coach said getting back into shape after giving birth was not a priority for her, and she was more worried about being a parent for the first time.

The 33-year-old has said her days are now ‘full of stretch marks and no sleep’ but she would do it ‘one hundred times over’
Speaking to Yahoo Be, the 33-year-old said she didn’t want to send an unhealthy message to other women by ‘bouncing back’ after the birth.
‘I think gosh, if you’re having a baby to have a bounce-back cover story or to use the baby for publicity, or anything like that, you’ve got to look at yourself,’ Tiffiny told the publication.
‘So when I see a bounce-back photo, I know what’s gone into it and I’m not prepared to sacrifice the sacred time of the newborn bubble with my husband and my firstborn child to be slogging it out.’
