Influencer Sopha Dopha has been forced to deny she was rude to a DJ at the 2023 TikTok Awards last week.
Last week DJ Maddy Spencer posted a fiery video calling out a ‘big creator’ for allegedly snubbing her at the event.
‘I was DJing at the Awards, I’m having a great time and they had this mirror thing around the DJ deck. People were checking themselves out in it,’ Spencer explained in the clip.
‘There was this big creator, I’m not gonna say who it was, and they’re checking themselves out in the mirror, going like this.’
Spencer said after noticing the person in question she smiled at them and the influencer gave them a blank stare in return.

‘They full on blank me! I’m just like, “Oh my God!” Get a life and get some respect. I just smiled at you and you literally just side-eyed the hell out of me,’ she added.
Many of Spencer’s TikTok followers immediately speculated it was ‘Definitely Sopha Dopha’.
Sopha – real name Sophia Begg – clapped back at the suggestion, and said Spencer’s version of events do not reflect what really happened.
DJ Maddy Spencer posted a fiery video calling out a ‘big creator’ for allegedly snubbing her at the event.
‘Sorry, but this pi**es me off SO MUCH. If you’re going to make a vid like this at least have the balls to say who it is. Because now every comment is saying it’s me,’ she said.
Sopha added the ‘rude’ influencer in question could not have been her as she didn’t even attend the pre-party where the incident allegedly occured.
‘I didn’t even know there was a pre-party or a DJ there at all. Do you feel good knowing the comments are ripping on a 19 year old, when it wasn’t her, just to get views?’ she said.
‘It’s disgusting. You talk about having respect but you use your platform as an open comment section to bully creators who aren’t involved in whatever situation you’re referring to.’

Sopha’s fans quickly rallied to her support on social media.
‘That girl seems really rude in the video tbh. Making a video about it for attention,’ wrote fellow influencer Kurt Coleman as another person added: ‘Everyone’s so mean to her for no reason.’
It comes after Sopha was left red faced after an awkward interaction with host Tony Armstrong at the event.
The teen was sitting in the audience when Armstrong approached her for an on-camera interview.
Footage of their brief chat has since gone viral after Sophia bizarrely told the TV presenter, 34, to stop flirting with her – despite the fact that he has a girlfriend.
