Influencer Alix Earle has left her followers horrified after revealing the flip side to her very lavish lifestyle.
The 22-year-old, who attends the University of Miami, took to TikTok to give viewers a glimpse inside her filthy college house which she shares with five other girls.
She revealed that the space is plagued by cockroaches before proudly showcasing an overflowing laundry room, a cluttered bathroom and dingy bedroom.
Alix, who has never shied away from candidly sharing both the good and the bad, caused quite a stir among her fans who said they were ‘disappointed’ after seeing the clip.

In the TikTok video, which has so far been viewed more than 7.4 million times, Alix speaks to camera as she starts her narration.
The New Jersey native begins: ‘The tour we have all been waiting for. Welcome to Casa Amore.’
She initially focuses on a small wooden box that is on the floor next to the bin and says: ‘First off we have Casa Cucaracha.
‘We get a lot of cockroaches so we just made a little house for them.
‘Our chip bag clips are also cockroach themed.’
She continues on – focusing in on their motionless pet fish, called Elton, as well as the splattered stove where she is cooking ramen noodles – before heading to the communal area.
Alix pans the camera round the room to reveal a table marked with stains as various bottles and half-empty cups are randomly scattered across the top.
The social media star introduces the living area before pointing out a whole host of features including ‘drinks, Starbucks, golf clubs.’

Entering a different part of the house, she says: ‘So this room was not a bedroom but we just made it into one, so we just bought these doors but they don’t fit over the space.’
She wiggles the sliding door a little to reveal that there is indeed a two-inch gap that gives a view into the room and eliminates any hopes of privacy.
The blonde beauty continues on as she introduces another room piled full of hastily-stacked cardboard boxes, which she says is because they ‘have a lot of packages.’
Alix, who has more than 4.7 million followers on TikTok, then says: ‘This is our laundry room that also doubles as storage.’
She pans round to reveal jumbles of clothes, suitcases and overflowing cupboards.

The final stop on Alix’s tour is her bedroom which is shrouded in darkness.
She says: ‘My bedroom only has one window and this is the only light that will get in during the whole day, so we just call it the dungeon.’
