TikTok influencer Lorenzo Delle Femmine has suddenly died at the age of 40 after he reportedly collapsed in front of his children. 

The Italian star, who chronicled his family life for his 1.8 million TikTok followers, died from cardiac arrest on Monday. 

Femmine, known as Mister Pella Pazzo on TikTok, had reportedly been playing with his three young children at their flat in Casalnuovo di Napoli, near Naples, Italy, when he started to feel unwell. 

The 40-year-old collapsed on the floor in front of them before being rushed to hospital in nearby Acerra, according to local media reports.  

But medics were unable to save his life and he was pronounced dead on Monday, his wife Assunta, who starred alongside Femmine in the TikTok vidoes, confirmed. 

Lorenzo had been hospitalised due to a sudden illness last month.

After being discharged a few days later, he revealed that he had been diagnosed with labyrinthitis – an inner ear infection that affects one’s balance.

But on Monday, he collapsed at his family home after suffering a cardiac arrest, his wife Assunta said. 

She gave an update on his condition hours before his death, telling their 1.8 million followers: ‘Good morning everyone. Lorenzo is not going very well at the moment. He sends a kiss to everyone. 

‘Between tomorrow and the day after tomorrow he will reply to everyone.’ 

But her message was quickly followed by the news of his death, with the heartbroken wife writing on Instagram: ‘I feel so bad. I can’t believe it.’ 

The father-of-three had used his TikTok account to chronicle his everyday life with his children and wife, with his videos often amassing millions of views on the social media platform.
