Australia’s TikTok creator of the year Millie Ford is expanding her brand with her very own podcast.

The podcast will focus more on the real Millie, as opposed to the comedic characters she plays on social media.

‘Absolutely STOKED to share that I’ll be taking off my lanyard and stepping out of character to chat with you all about the itty, bitty details of my life and the chaos that seems to follow me around,’ she announced on Instagram.

‘Lowkey a bit nervous because I’ve never shared this side of me before!’ she continued.

‘Join me and my weird cousin @celiawatkinson for what feels like those random, late night chats with the girls, eating cheese and drinking wine on someone’s couch they probably bought off marketplace.’

Millie currently boasts 1.3million followers on TikTok and was named the app’s Creator of the Year last year.

Her popularity has led to a budding acting career with a role in Stan’s Bump.

She was working in social media and marketing before she was tasked with making a TikTok for her company, which she said quickly became an ‘addiction’.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia in December, Ford said she never imagined filming videos at home ‘for a laugh’ would turn into a career.

‘Among all the chaos of this year, I am so grateful that I’ve had a platform to share my creativity and make people laugh,’ she said.

‘The support from my audience has been insane.’

Some of her most loved characters she plays in her videos include the quirky art teacher, an overprotective mother and school staff that love to interrupt other classes.
