TikToker shocks viewers by revealing how easy it is to photoshop VIDEOS

Most people are aware of how common photo editing is, with stars, models, and influencers alike using Photoshop and other apps to ‘perfect’ their faces and bodies — but a popular influencer has revealed that it’s not so hard to Photoshop a video, either.

This week, Victoria Garrick, 24, from Los Angeles shared a TikTok video of herself posing in a blue bikini, showing off a very slim figure and a model-esque pout.

But in an instant, everything changes — her stomach gets a bit bigger, her butt changes shape, and even her face morphs, demonstrating how easy it is to transform your appearance in a video.

Victoria, an athlete and motivational speaker, usually posts content advocating for good mental health and body image — so at first glance, her recent bikini video seemed out of place.

In the clip, she is seem wearing a blue bikini and posing in profile, holding her arms aloft to show off a very flat tummy and rounded backside.

The poses and pouts, looking the picture of an image-obsessed influencer.

But instantly, the whole video changes, and Victoria removes the edits she had added to warp her face and body.

In the blink of an eye, her stomach appears larger, her butt changes shape, and even her face snaps back into what it naturally looks like, with a slightly wider nose and less pouty lips. It also appears as if she has magically washed off makeup.

All of those changes were due to video-editing software — a revelation that surprised TikTokers, who have watched the video over 7 million times and liked it 1.5 million times.

Who knew? Commenters were shocked that editing videos is so easy, and many thanked Victoria for bringing it to their attention

Commenters expressed how amazed they were to learn that videos could be ‘Photoshopped’ the same way as photos.

When one asked, ‘WAIT! You can photoshop videos???’ Victoria replied, ‘YES. IT’S ABSURD.’

‘I now have trust issues,’ quipped another commenter, while another said, ‘Mind blown.’

Several applauded her for opening their eyes up to this technology, calling it ‘healing’ and telling Victoria, ‘You have no idea how much this helps.’

‘No because Victoria you don’t understand how much these help me. Makes me realize how normal my body is. Please never stop doing them,’ said another.

In a follow-up video, Victoria broke down how the tools worked to change her appearance.

'I know, it's frightening,' Victoria says

She wouldn't share the name of the app she used because 'they don't deserve the clout and profit, and you are beautiful the way you are'

‘People were shocked to discover that you could photoshop videos,’ she says before showing the editing software in action.

‘If you watch my face, you’ll see that I can make edits to it. I can adjust it,’ she says, as her face morphs in real time.

‘Similarly with the body, I can stand to the side … and I hold my arms up so that they don’t get in the way. I can use this little tool and I can make my stomach and my butt look different,’ she says, as the tool changes the shape of her body.

‘And allegedly, some accounts think that celebrities are using these apps,’ she adds.

Here, she cuts to an Instagram Live video that Khloe Kardashian shared in April. At the time, eagle-eyed viewers noted something off.

Though there doesn’t seem to be an ounce of fat on her body, when she moves, part of her waist appears to ‘spasm’ — which some people have insisted is a sign she used editing software.

However, some commenters said it was Facetune Video.

Replying to commenters, Victoria also said that editing videos this way is ‘so much more mainstream’ than people think, adding, ‘It’s not just in magazines like the old days.’
