A time warp house with original 1970s furnishing and decorations has sold for a whopping $2.368 million at an auction that lasted for 11 minutes and 37 seconds.
The house situated in Richmond, an inner suburb of Melbourne changed hands for the first time since it was built by the original owners in 1976, Jellis Craig Richmond auctioneer Elliot Gill told Daily Mail Australia.
It was unknown how much the house was built for 41 years ago.

The 168 Mary Street home had been on the market for 24 days before it was finally sold to a local businessman on Saturday.
‘There was only two competitive bidders at the auction but the house finally went to a local businessman who bought it for family use,’ Mr Gill said.
‘It’s a very good result for a 1970s home.’
Mr Gill added that the house had gone over the $2.1 million reserve by $268,000.
The four-bedroom, one bathroom and three car parks home is located close to a range of attractions such as trains from the East Richmond line and the Barkly Gardens family retreat in Richmond.
