Despite having thousands of record sales, musician Tina Arena has been unable to sell her Melbourne home, after it was passed over at auction this weekend.
The songstress’ double-storey terrace house brought in plenty of potential buyers, but received just a single bid of $1.75 million, according to Realestate.com.au.
The trendy home’s sale is being managed by Jellis Craig Agent Rob Elsom, with the property now going to private sale.

The singer said that the property was believed to be between 120 and 130 years old, during a segment on Better Homes and Gardens.
The property was put on the market last month by the star, who moved back to Melbourne in 2015 after decades spent overseas in London and France.

At the time the 47-year-old said the decision to return with her partner Vincent Mancini and their son, Gabriel came because ‘it was time’.
‘I’ve been away 20-odd years, worked internationally and done some great things, (but) I just felt it was time to come home,’ she told News.com.au.
Tina first shot to fame as a child star on 1980s TV show Young Talent Time, alongside friend Dannii Minogue.
The acclaimed soprano, who has sold over 10 million records, is set to embark on a national tour in the coming months, playing 14 metro and regional dates across all six states.
