Tina Arena relists her lavish Toorak mansion and increases the price by $500,000 to $7.5 million – after pulling it off the market seven months ago because she ‘changed her mind’


Tina Arena has relisted her lavish mansion in the affluent Melbourne suburb of Toorak.

The $7 million property was taken off the market after seven months when the Chains singer, 53, changed her mind, realestate.com.au reported on Friday.

But the luxurious home was listed again this week with a price guide between $7 to $7.5 million – $500,000 more than the earlier price.

Property records show that she bought the property in 2017 for $5.7million, a few months before she sold her former Fitzroy house.

The luxurious home was originally designed by architect Marcus Martin and renovated by Wayne Gillespie before Tina purchased the home.

The property boasts an open-plan kitchen with granite bench tops and a large butler’s pantry.

It features five-bedrooms, including a master bedroom equipped with an ensuite and it opens up to a terrace overlooking the pool.

The 838sqm property boasts a sunny backyard terrace with a large pool and lush gardens. 

Real estate agent Justin Long told the website that the Toorak neighbour was currently in high demand among property hunters.

‘If you are ever wanting to sell in a good market, this is as good a market as I have seen in 30-odd years,’ he said.

‘And there doesn’t seem to be anything to stop it,’ he added.

Tina first listed the home on the market in November last year, before taking in off March this year.
