Tina O’Brien and her mini-me daughter Scarlett looked more like sisters than mother and daughter in a sweet new post shared to Instagram on Friday. 

Waterloo Road actress Scarlett, 15, shared a Story of herself and Tina pouting and holding up peace signs in the mirror.

Scarlett, whose father is Dancing On Ice champ Ryan Thomas, looked lovely in a tiered pale yellow dress covered in green symbols.

Tina, also mother to son Beau, nine, wore a classic strapless black minidress with sunglasses and white platform sandals.

Scarlett captioned her Story for her almost 100,000 followers: ‘love you @tinaob83’ with three white hearts.

In August, Tina showed off her taut figure in a pink bikini as she shared an Instagram carousel of herself enjoying a family holiday in LA.

Tina, who appeared in the original Waterloo Road, pulled down the straps of her bikini top for the shot, which she took in a mirror.

She later enjoyed a drink by the pool, sipping from a coconut branded with ‘The Beverly Hills Hotel and Bungalows’. 

Joining Tina at the five-star hotel were Scarlett, Beau, and her husband Adam Crofts. 

Tina shared a snap of Scarlett looking lovely in a yellow and green outfit – the same as in Friday’s Story. 

Tina revealed in the comments of the post that she had returned from the holiday a week ago. 

The trip comes after Tina was reunited with her on-screen daughter for Coronation Street‘s annual summer party in Manchester.

The pair play Sarah Platt and Bethany Platt in the UK’s longest-running soap.

Tina and Ryan divorced in 2009 after six years of marriage. 

She heartbreakingly told new! magazine at the time of their split: ‘He said he didn’t love me anymore. 

‘He said I didn’t do it for him any more. Those were his words. He said he didn’t want the responsibility of a relationship with me.’

Tina married Adam in 2018 and shares Beau with him. They began dating in 2011 after a then-two-year-old Scarlett toddled over to him in a cafe.
