The Today show did not let some wind and rain get in the way of their annual Halloween special on Thursday.
The show’s anchors and hosts put on a strong show and some memorable performances as they celebrated iconic dancers from over the years.
In the end however it was Sheinelle Jones who shined brightest with her performance as Janet Jackson in the Rhythm Nation video.

Hoda Kotb was the morning’s first – and only – anchor to don drag when she appeared as John Travolta from Saturday Night Fever
Jenna Bush Hager returned from maternity leave to help Willie Geist honor Dirty Dancing, and announce when she would be returning to the morning show
Carson Daly and Savannah Guthrie closed out the morning as Danny and Sandy from Grease
Craig Melvin and Al Roker kicked things off as Will and Carlton from The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, followed by a nod to Footloose with Peter Alexander as Ren.
Next up was Seinfeld and the iconic moves of Elaine Bennett as performed by Dylan Dreyer, which led into the show’s first big surprise.
