Toddler missing in Scarborough after being put in wrong car

Toddler goes missing after ‘accidentally being placed in the wrong car’ outside a fast food shop

  • Boy, 2, accidentally placed in wrong car outside fast foot outlet on Thursday 
  • The vehicle is described as a white Mazda 2 sedan and was driven by a woman
  • The woman was wearing dark trousers, a white top and a stone coloured vest
  • Baby described as fair skinned, with brown eyes, was wearing blue and white striped track suit pants and a dark blue jumper 

An urgent search alert for a missing two-year-old boy has been released after he was placed in the wrong car.

Richard, who also answers to Bubsy, was accidentally placed into a vehicle parked outside Chicken Treat, a chicken fast food outlet, on Doric Street, Scarborough, northwest of Perth, around 2:40pm Thursday afternoon.  

The vehicle is described as a white Mazda 2 sedan and was being driven by a woman who is believed to be in her 50s wearing dark trousers, a white top and a stone coloured vest.

Richard, who also answers to Bubsy, was accidentally placed into the wrong vehicle

The vehicle was last seen driving west on Doric Street. 

Baby Richard is described as fair skinned, with brown eyes, was wearing blue and white striped track suit pants and a dark blue jumper. 

Anyone with information regarding Richard’s whereabouts or of the female driver is asked to call Police immediately on 131 444.
