Tomahawk-wielding ‘Bonnie and Clyde’ couple storm into a Priceline chemist in balaclavas before stealing cash and pills

A tomahawk-wielding couple are being hunted by police after they stormed a pharmacy and demanded pills and money from terrified staff. 

A man and a woman were filmed on CCTV entering the the Priceline pharmacy on Church Street in Parramatta, western Sydney at about 9.45pm on Monday. 

One of the intruders ordered a customer to get on the ground before he took a woman pharmacist to the back of the store.

The man demanded money and pills from staff members and smashed a tomahawk into a freezer door.

A worker hid in a room at the back of the store while the couple robbed the pharmacy, taking $300 in cash, 336 Endone tablets and 1400 dexamphetamine pills, Nine News reported. 

Police said no one was injured during the robbery.

Anyone with information on the intrusion has been urged to come forward to police.
